Refund & Return Policy
I really appreciate you ordering directly from me, and I’d like you to be happy with your order. The first step, if you have any issues, is to contact me. I’ve included the contact form below to make that easy.
Otherwise:
- I do not offer refunds on ebooks, but I will be happy to make sure you’ve received your ebook and can access/ read it.
- I will offer a refund on a purchased print book if there is proof you did not receive it (such as tracking.)
- I will determine refunds for handmade pieces on a case-by-case basis. Let’s chat and see if we can find a solution we’re both happy with.
